Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Depending on your mobile service plan, your carrier may charge you standard messaging fees.

10. Instructions to Opt-Out (“Text STOP”)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages from Fresher Studios, simply reply “STOP” to any mobile message we send you. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

Mobile carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Rogers, Bell, Telus, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We send messages via an aggregate gateway, and delivery depends on your network operator’s effective transmission.

13. Age Restriction (18+)

By opting into our text messaging program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to consent to receive messages at the provided phone number. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from subscribing to our SMS program.
