By opting into our text messaging program, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Fresher Studios regarding our scalp micropigmentation (SMP) and aesthetic services. These messages include:

  • Transactional updates: Consultation bookings, schedule modifications, and appointment reminders.

  • Informational updates: Direct communication regarding your specific treatment plans, care instructions, or custom digital mockups.

  • Promotional marketing: Exclusive marketing campaigns, discounts, and promotional offers where explicit consent has been provided.

2. Disclosures for Message and Data Rates

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and your requested scheduling updates, up to a maximum of 4 messages per month.

  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with our text messaging program, as determined by your mobile carrier rate plan.

3. Instructions to Opt-Out (Text STOP)

You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages at any time.

  • To unsubscribe, simply text STOP to our phone number or reply “STOP” to any mobile message we send you.

  • After you send the message “STOP”, we will send you a one-time SMS message to confirm that you have been successfully unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • If you wish to rejoin the program, you can sign up through our website contact forms just as you did the first time.

By subscribing to our SMS program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity and account authority to enter into these Terms of Service and consent to message delivery.

Your personal data and consent choices are highly valued. Phone numbers, opt-in consent data, and personal details collected specifically for SMS/text messaging purposes will never be shared, sold, rented, or leased to any third parties or affiliates.
